Our favorite place to eat Pho in Portland! We literally eat here once a week, without fail. We used to live in SE Portland, about five minutes away from this place, but now that we live in downtown it’s about a 10-15 minute bus ride away. But yesterday we simply stopped here on our way to get groceries at Fubon.
